  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE PRODUCTS?

We accept Master Card, Visa credit cards, AMEX and Union Pay.

We accept payment Cash On Delivery within the United Arab

  • I received a damaged/defected product, can I get a refund?

If you have received a product that is damaged or defected, you have  to inform us within 3 days from the date you have received it, packed in its original packaging, along with the the invoice or proof of purchase. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and if it is damaged or defected, we will issue the refund to the same means of payment. This process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from the date we have received the returned product.

  • I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In case you received an item which is wrong, you can get in touch with us either by calling us on +971 (052) 5838240, messaging us on WhatsApp on +971 (052) 5838240 or emailing us on tanateefae@gmail.com and request for a return or an exchange.

  • Will my VAT be refunded when my products are returned?

For orders that a 5% U.A.E VAT gets applied to, we will refund the 5% U.A.E VAT. However, for international orders, any custom duty, TAX, or VAT paid by customers when receiving the order will not be our responsibility. We only refund the VAT that we charge for orders that VAT gets applied to.  

  • Can I return a product that I haven’t used because I have changed my mind?

Yes, as long as it is less than 7 days from the day you received the order, and it is in its original package you can return the item. Just make sure that you have your invoice or proof of purchase when returning.

Note: In this case, the customer will bear the new delivery fee to return the order or product

  • How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

For orders placed from the U.A.E, we will try our best to collect them within 3 working days. However, sometime it might take up to 1 week. Also public holidays will impact when the courier will collect your retuned items.

For international orders, we do not have an return order service.

  • Can I exchange an item that I have purchased?

For orders placed from the U.A.E, as long as you have not used the product and it has not been more than 15 days from the day you have received your product, you can exchange your purchase.

For international orders we do not have an exchange service.

  • I have cancelled my order. How will I get refunded for it?

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
